Tidalwave does not "make" the decisions. The first step is to surface the information when the underwriter asks questions (based on the data borrower allowed Tidalwave to have access to). The underwriter will review and make underwriting decisions. Once Tidalwave learns more, we will make underwriting summaries, allowing the underwriter to review the recommendation, which will dramatically save underwriting time.
